Thai Chilli Shrimp


Chilli shrimp recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds of shrimps marinated with:

1 teaspoon of salt

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of ginger

1 table spoon of garlic salt

1 table spoon of black pepper

3 garlic cloves

Veggies:

3 colors of peppers

Half of a medium cabbage

For the sauce

2 spoons of chilli paste

Half a cup of orange juice

Half a cup of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce

1 spoon of honey

3 table spoons of sweet chili sauce

4 spoons Hoisin sauce or oyster sauce

1 cup of water

2 table spoons of cornstarch

Sauté the shrimp really well with a dash of soy sauce.

In a separate pot add the sauce ingredients and mix well.

Add the sauce to the shrimp on high heat for 3 minutes and then on low for 5 minutes.

Cut the veggies in desired pieces then add them the shrimp pan and sauté for 2 minutes and serve. ENJOY!

This recipe can be eaten with a plate of white rice.
