Beef Chinese Sauté

Ingredients:

3 lbs of lean beef

A Bunch of green chives

Assorted colors of peppers

Beef Marinade:

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of white pepper

1 teaspoon of ginger

3 garlic cloves

Sauce:

1 cup of water

Half a cup of soy sauce

3 spoons of dark soy sauce

2 spoons of rice vinegar

3 spoon of hoisin sauce or oyster sauce

2 spoons of brown sugar

2 spoon of corn starch

Season it with white pepper or crushed pepper if you like it spicy

Directions:

Cut the beef in long pieces so it can be cooked easily then marinate it for 2 hours or more. Cut the veggies as desired or in ling pieces.

Sauté the beef really well.

In a separate bowl mix the sauce ingredients really well.

Add the mixed sauce to the beef pan while it simmers for 2 minutes on high heat then for 5 minutes on low heat. Finally add the veggies for 3 minutes to the beef pan and you are done!

This recipe can be severed with well cooked rice. Pretty easy right!
