Asian Chicken Wings!

1 cup flour (125 g)

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

20 chicken wings, or drumettes

1 cup BBQ sauce (290 g)

½ cup honey (170 g)

1/4 cup of hot sauce

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of ginger

1 teaspoon of white pepper

1 cup of water and 2 spoons of corn starch

Fill half a pan with oil and start heating.

In a bowl, combine flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Coat the wings in the flour evenly, shaking really well. Fry for almost 30 minutes flipping halfway through, until skin is crispy and golden brown.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. Mix the water and the cornstarch on the side then add them to the sauce pan. Put them on high heat till they boil and start to become thick while stirring thoroughly. Leave it on low for 2 minute and that yummy sauce is all ready. Then add the wings, coat them really well! And serve ! :)
